Introduction to Charside Dental Assisting
Details
The 8-week, or 80 hour, online course provides a pre-clinical foundation in the essential duties of a dental assistant.
This includes proper patient care, chairside support, infection control, and office administration.
Also covered is the operatory workflow, clinical readiness, equipment uses and maintenance, tooth structure and notation, and proper sterilization.
Upon completion of the course, Dental AssistEd helps prepare the student for employment in a dental office.
